LG GEE WHIZ!

LG OPTIMUS G

Gee whiz, here comes a hot smartphone that looks like it is going to rock the boat! Could the LG Optimus G knock Samsung’s Galaxy SIII off the top spot? It has just come to my mind that it’s not only that Samsung has managed to deliver the top Android handset this year; it is top of the whole smartphone world! It’s likely that the iPhone 5 sales might beat it, but as a real challenge to the Galaxy SIII I would say hell-to-the no!

LG are kind of weird of late… What I mean is that they have announced a lot of products of which not many have arrived in the UK!

My favourite LG handset is the L3, it was unannounced and I discovered it whilst in a phone shop! But what happened to the Vu? The Vu looked so promising? I am surprised to learn of the imminent LG Optimus G… Read on…

A TRANSFORMATION?
The iPhone 5 cat was let out of the bag well before the 12 September and it’s truly a bizarre machine… A 4” screen with a non-HD resolution is something that is quite obscene. Do you know what a mean? It’s the ugliest phone I have ever seen… Enough with my Cat in a Hat…

It seems to me that every high-end Android phone trounces the iPhone in screen (a foregone conclusion), RAM, external storage capacity and, without a shadow of a doubt, the Android operating system! The Android operating system just keeps getting better and better. So, what can we expect from the Optimus G?

Are you frothing at the mouth?

Certainly, the above spec is better than that of the iPhone 5! The one aspect that people might go for straight away is the camera! Did you notice anything in particular about the camera beyond 13MP? Yes, LED video light! What a great feature!

Could it tempt me away from upgrading to the Galaxy SIII or Galaxy Note II? I don’t know… I’ll have to test it!

It looks remarkably similar to the Galaxy SII!
